A: As customer’s requirement is our main packing. Usually, we use a blank box for every controller and 2 layer brown box for outside box.

A: T/T, L/C,O/A, O/P, Paypal, West Union
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: We can prepare the goods in 30 days.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: We can prepare the sample as customer’s sample. Our R&D department is very good in this area.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample by free but customer pay express cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, 100% test before package. We must ensure quality.
Q8. What is MOQ and delivery time?
A: The MOQ is 10 PCS. For MOQ order, we can delivery it in 10 days.
Q9. Had the products been exported before?
A: Yes. We had been exported to India, Turkey, Thailand, Bangladesh and other countries. Our trading team is very professional.

A: Front, Back, Brake and so on. We can supply the controller as customer’s requirement. That is our advantage.
Q11. How about the material of the controller?
A: Our company choose the best supplier for the controller. And that we can ensure the material all the new materials.
Q12. Life of the controller.
A: After the market testing, we can ensure it can be used more than 2 years. (Tricycle used 8 hours per day. )
Q13. Color of the controller and if we want to get other color, any extra cost will be paid?
A: As usually, the controller is silver. And any color will be OK for us. But there is extra cost for colorful controller.
